Join the Caregiver Lifestyle Series: Understanding Speech Therapy for Children with Rare Diseases

Our third online event in our Caregiver Lifestyle Series. This event will focus on developing speech through a holistic approach. We often focus only on the mouth, but this series will demonstrate daily routine strategies for the whole body.

The Caregiver Lifestyle Series is a collaborative project by Hrabrisa and Teach RARE. Both non-profit organizations provided a similar mission and utilized the same strategies on different sides of the globe. They even shared a nearly identical story of a daughter suffering from a rare neurotransmitter disorder. Their organizations have joined forces and experience to create an exceptional series of events.

We are creating a high-quality online educational support series for caregivers in rare diseases, undiagnosed diseases, and special needs communities.

Each event in the series will focus on therapy. Professionals will provide multitiered activities, and strategies caregivers can implement at home to support progress while making memories with their child.
