Joining the Rare Talks podcast, we shared our journey of becoming Teach RARE and what we are doing today.

Physical therapy plays a crucial role in the rare disease community. We discussed combining therapy goals with educational activities to support our daughter during the podcast. We continued to build our program and shared it with other parents. We found that there was a need for our service. Other parents encouraged us; today, we work with families worldwide.

We used our insight as parents of a daughter with an ultra-rare disease known as AADC deficiency. We concluded this podcast with suggestions for other parents.
